Dr. Barb Harrington is a Howland native and graduate of Howland High School. She received her undergraduate BS degree from Morehead State University in Kentucky and is a 1991 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Veterinary Medicine. Dr. Caires graduated from Ross University with a DVM degree. He did his undergraduate work at Purdue University and his clinical rotations at the University of Georgia.
